GlowLase – Terms & Policies

GlowLase is a California-based S Corporation specializing in aesthetic equipment distribution. By purchasing any equipment from GlowLase, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions in full.

                                                                     1. Overview

GlowLase LLC acts as an independent distributor of professional cosmetic and aesthetic equipment. We are not the manufacturer of the machines sold.

By placing an order through GlowLase, the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. GlowLase provides sales and logistics services only and is not responsible for the technical functioning of the devices beyond warranty coordination with the original supplier.

All equipment sold by GlowLase is intended strictly for professional aesthetic or spa use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are properly licensed and qualified to operate the device in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

GlowLase does not provide medical devices, nor does it claim any medical use or treatment outcomes. Buyers must comply with all relevant training, safety, and legal requirements in their region.

GlowLase offers basic operational training, available for separate purchase, which provides instructional guidance based on manufacturer-provided materials and settings. This training does not substitute for medical or state-issued certifications.

The devices sold by GlowLase are FDA-registered as energy-based devices for tattoo and pigmentation removal and comply with applicable U.S. FDA regulatory requirements. However, use of this equipment remains at the buyer’s own legal and professional responsibility.

 3. Warranty Policy
GlowLase offers warranty support in cooperation with the original manufacturer.
Warranty coverage includes:
• 2 years on the main device housing and external structure,
• 1 year on internal electronic and laser system components.
GlowLase serves as a liaison between the buyer and the manufacturer. All technical issues, repairs, or part replacements are subject to the manufacturer's terms. GlowLase does not guarantee or perform service or repair directly. 

Buyers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• Product must be new, unused, and unopened in original packaging;
• Return request must be pre-approved by GlowLase customer service;
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility;
• A restocking fee of 10% may apply.

GlowLase reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used equipment and accessories;
• Customized or special-order items;
• Training materials and digital content.

GlowLase processes and ships orders within 7–10 business days after payment is received. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and carrier.

• Buyers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
• GlowLase is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
• If a package is lost or damaged in transit, the buyer must notify GlowLase within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
• For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance.

GlowLase shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any product sold. By purchasing from GlowLase, the buyer agrees to:

• Assume full responsibility for ensuring proper training, safety procedures, and legal compliance;
• Use the equipment at their own risk;
• Acknowledge that GlowLase is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse or misapplication of the equipment.

GlowLase’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the specific product.

GlowLase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the equipment purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, business, or reputation.

All products are sold “as is”, and the buyer agrees that any use of the equipment is at their own risk and under their own responsibility. GlowLase is not liable for any misuse, improper setup, or lack of regulatory compliance on the part of the buyer.

                                                          6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of professional beauty equipment and for hygiene and safety reasons, GlowLase™ does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged during shipment.

To be eligible for consideration:

• Unboxing video is required. You must record a full video while opening the package and inspecting the equipment. This serves as proof in case of any shipping damage or manufacturer defect.
• If you receive a defective product, contact us within 3 business days of delivery, including the unboxing video and clear photos/videos of the issue.
• If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund at our discretion.

Important:

– No return or replacement will be processed without proper video proof.

– Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

– Return shipping (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility.

– Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved in writing by GlowLase™.

These Terms and an These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming. y disputes arising from the purchase or use of our products shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

All equipment sold by GlowLase™ is intended for professional use only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are properly trained, certified, or licensed (as required by local law) to operate and use the device safely and effectively.

GlowLase™ is not liable for any injury, misuse, complications, or damages resulting from improper use of any equipment. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand the risks and are purchasing the product for use in a professional setting.

GlowLase reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

GlowLase is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the personal information necessary to fulfill your order, provide customer support, and improve your experience. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations. By using our website, you agree to this limited use of your information.
